I haven't had that productive a day, just socializing with my friends. I had lunch with Roger today, and then came down to the office, and found Joanne there. Long time, no see! She's been really busy with her sister's wedding, family, school, and she was also sick for a long time. So it was really great to see her today! I need to call all of my high school buddies and catch up with them, too. That's what happens after high school... You say you'll keep in touch, get email addresses, phone numbers, and then before you know it, it's been 6 months or more, and none of them have called you, or vice versa. I made the mistake of telling all of my friends that I was going to have a party over the summer, but as soon as graduation was over, I moved on to do my own thing. So that party never happened.
Anyways, this weekend is somewhat busy. I have choir practice tonight at my church, and we are learning all of our Christmas music, AGAIN. We do the same stuff every year, with the same choir members every year, and yet I seem to be the only one who remembers the music. So I'm not looking forward to practice tonight. I'd rather just show up for midnight mass on Christmas Eve, knowing what I am doing, than go to practice every Thursday until then. Oh well... Friday is the Cheesecake Factory Social for EXCEL! I love cheesecake!!! I hope none of you guys have plans this weekend, cuz tonight is opening night for John's play, Six Degrees of Separation, and it runs through Sunday afternoon. $5 for students. I'm going on Saturday if anyone wants to join me! It starts @ 8, but be there no later than 7:45.
Sorry this is so long today. TTYL!
